We are missing quite a few of you for our morning runs! We are going to finish this week out hard and have a break the week of July 3rd. We will start back up on July 10th offering 2 options: 

Option 1- continue meeting at Sucks lake for morning runs at 6:30am, Monday-Thursday



Option 2- meet at gish for islander power + endurance training. 

10-12 grade:
7:30-8:15 is weights
8:15-8:35 is agilities

9 grade:
7:30-8:00 is agilities
8:15-9:00 is weights

Endurance- 8:45/8:50


The season starts early. So one option needs to be worked into your schedule.
